Place among two natural reserves (the most important is the Zingaro), in the proximities of archaeological and historical sites of great importance (Mozia, Segesta, Selinunte, Agrigento, Erice, etc…), to few kilometers from the islands Egadi, between the artistic wonder in Palermo and Trapani, St. Vito Lo Capo offers all of this that a tourist can desire: sun, sea, nature, culture, gastronomy, traditions, quiet and hospitality. Its white houses, often adorned by luxuriant plants of buganvillea, perfumed jasmines and many colored hibiscus, they approach the one to the other, alternated by gardens in which orange tree and lemons triumph. Its crystalline sea, its white and endless beach, the calettes, its stately bluffs, an irresistible kitchen they are the most immediate attractions. The trilocale is composed from living room with sofa be, kitchen in masonry, matrimonial bedroom with attached bath, cameretta with 2 places bed, bath with shower. Furniture in poor art. To the outside ample roof equipped with kitchen in masonry, quarter and further zone covered with barbecue in masonry and external shower. Sets car inside the residence and adjacent the garden. The bilocale has the same characteristics, but it naturally misses of a room and it has 4 places bed. The trilocale has maximum 6 places bed.

General condition of contract
The week has been departing for the hours 14:00 of Saturday. The apartment must be redelivers within the hours 10:00 of following Saturday. To the action of the confirmation, telephone and/or street and mail, will owe a 30% advance to be versed (with a minimum of 100 €s) of the general amount of the anticipated stay, to mean I banking. To the delivery of the keys you/he/she must have settled the general amount. Contextually it will owe a security to be versed equal to 200 €s. The final cleaning of the apartment is edited by the tenant. Á. redelivers her/it, after verification of the conditions of the apartment and the furnishings, the amount of the security will be returned diminished of the consequential burdens: from the consumptions above described (water and light), from missed final cleaning (25 €s), from possible brought damages both to the common parts that to the apartment, from possible lacks.
